Her kingdom is the kitchen and the menus she creates harmoniously blend her knowledge of tradition and all the ideas she has brought home on her travels.
Many years ago, as an architect, he brought buildings to life.
Today, however, heart and passion are transferred into his creations, from aperitifs to seated dinners, including lunch or a light dinner.
At the heart of everything, you'll find authentic, seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Menus are designed specifically and tailored to the event, listening to every customer's needs.

Elena
She loves details, but above all the beauty and goodness that they can give life to.
As a winemaker, she is unconditionally in love with nature, so much so that she always brings it into her compositions.
She is a woman of great creativity, but she is equally capable of listening: by working in harmony with the client, she manages to create the perfect display.
Elena also takes care of the dining room and the pairings, whether it's wine, cocktails, or any other beverage, thrilling and exciting guests with carefully designed table settings and new ideas to make them feel special and pampered.
